MASA (Make America Safe Again) AGENCY

I. Description

  • A newly formed U.S. Government Agency focused on rescuing and restoring trafficked children.

II. Mission

  • Unite and enhance global efforts to liberate (10K+ to date) children from and eradicate human trafficking.

III. Funding Strategy

  1. Initial funding transferred from existing fragmented efforts across U.S. Government departments.
  2. Additional funding sources:
    • Presidential authority.
    • Liquidation of traffickers’ assets.
    • Contributions from beneficiary governments.
    • Public and private donations.
    • Universities’ Endowments
    • Sales of app subscriptions
  3. Goal: Achieve self-sustainability and repay U.S. taxpayers for initial funding.

IV. Legal Framework

  • All legal matters supervised by The Honorable Superior Court Judge, [name pending public release].

V. Strategic Plan

1. Organizational Development

  • Form MASA’s Management Team to oversee operations.

2. Collaboration and Partnerships

  • Partner with key foundations, including:
    • The Tim Tebow Foundation.
    • Child Liberation Foundation.
  • Engage influential advocates, such as Paul Hutchinson, Tim Tebow, Eric Colton, Alejandro Mayorkas, and Condoleezza Rice.

3. Legislative and Judicial Actions

  • Initiate strict Federal and global legislation (e.g., S.C.R. 777-108 and S.C.R. 777-108d) under the Superior Court Judge’s supervision.
  • Enforce timely and strict penalties for traffickers, with publicized sentences and executions.

4. Advanced Protective Measures

  • Implement CIA-level technology:
    • Start with SEC universities, eventually scaling to the U.S. and globally.
    • Deploy a real-time warning system to alert children of nearby danger via cell phones.
    • Utilize technology to aid in the recovery of trafficked children.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, churches, schools, businesses, and individuals to ensure nationwide and worldwide safety.

5. Rehabilitation and Care

  • Recruit U.S. churches to provide housing and rehabilitation for rescued children. Additionally, set up 1250 rehab centers.
  • Establish a program for healing and education:
    • Support children in rebuilding their identity and becoming productive U.S. citizens.
    • Provide college education and pathways to citizenship:
      • Rescued children completing the program receive a free Green Card.
  • Oversight of care and restoration led by Paul and Venessa Hutchinson in partnership with the Child Liberation Foundation.

6. Global Expansion

  • Replicate the MASA program in every country to create a worldwide impact.
