This is the Make America Safe Again (MASA) Agency: a soon to be formed branch of the United States Government, forged with a singular purpose—to rescue and restore trafficked children while eradicating the scourge of human trafficking from the face of the earth.
The Mission: MASA will unite and amplify global efforts to liberate children and dismantle the sinister networks of exploitation. With your leadership, Mr. President, this agency will be a beacon of hope, courage, and decisive action—a testament to the values that make America the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Funding with Integrity: The Agency will be initially funded by consolidating fragmented resources from existing government agencies, ensuring efficiency and focus. Additional revenue will come from the liquidation of traffickers’ assets and drug cartel, partnerships with governments benefiting from MASA’s impact, the generosity of American donors including universities’ endowments and the sale of App subscriptions. Our goal is nothing short of revolutionary: to make MASA self-sustaining, ultimately repaying the American taxpayer for their trust and investment.
Legal Authority: Every aspect of MASA’s operation will be anchored in the rule of law under the oversight of a Superior Court Judge, whose identity will soon be announced. This ensures transparency, accountability, and unwavering justice.
Strategic Vision:
- Leadership Formation: MASA’s management team will comprise the brightest minds and trusted most passionate hearts, uniting government, private capital, and global influencers. From the Tim Tebow Foundation to Child Liberation Foundation, and visionaries like Paul Hutchinson, Tim Tebow, Eric Colton, Kristi Noem, Condoleezza Rice, etc., we will rally the world’s finest to our cause.
- Legislative Power: MASA will spearhead strict Federal and global legislation, including S.C.R 777-108 and 777-108d, under the vigilant guidance of our judiciary, to ensure traffickers face swift and unrelenting justice. These statues are designed to enforce the highest level of accountability for those who exploit and traffic children, prioritizing justice for victims and deterring future crimes. The intent is to make the risk associated with this business too great for any person to participate. MASA will also create a toolbox to educate children on how to transcend limited self-abusive ways of thinking, to elevate consciousness to reduce overall future demand.
- Unparalleled Technology: With the cooperation of the CIA, we will deploy cutting-edge systems to protect every child, beginning with SEC Universities and expanding nationwide, then worldwide. This real-time warning system will transform cell phones into shields of safety, alerting children to danger and facilitating the immediate recovery of those in peril.
- Relentless Enforcement: MASA will guarantee that every law against traffickers is fully enforced. Sentences will be publicized—justice that will not only be served but seen, sending an unmistakable message to criminals: their reign of terror is over.
- Comprehensive Restoration: We will partner with every church in America to provide safe havens and rehabilitation. Additionally, our rehab centers and confiscated homes from cartel members and traffickers will be used as safe homes and restoration homes. From shelter and healing to education and citizenship, we will ensure these children are not just saved but empowered to rebuild their lives as proud and productive citizens of this nation.
- Global Impact: MASA is not just a national initiative—it is a model for the world. Once established, we will replicate this program across every country, creating a unified global front against human trafficking.
